How Do I Place An Order?
Lodge an inquiry through the website. We will either direct you to a distributor or local stockist, or at your request, offer you direct shipments from our key locations globally in USA, Switzerland, Germany or Australia.
Payment and Shipping
Payment is normally made via bank transfer / wire, or in some cases credit card is accepted. After you have confirmed your items of order you will recieve a Order Confirmation and an Invoice with Payment details on it. Shipping is normally after you recieve your Order Confirmation which will have all details included.
Returns & Refunds
We have a strong quality policy with 100 / 100 satisfaction gurantee. That means that we gurantee 100% satisfaction for 100 days from date of order. If there is ever an issue we pass this on to our Customer Care department, who after evaluation, will credit the goods or accept a return as may suit the situation best and depending on your location.
